Therefore, the integration of the climate change dimension will be prioritized in the vision of the PNEAH. This integration consists of improving the management of water resources (Adaptation); providing access for all to sustainably managed water supply and sanitation services (Adaptation); optimizing the use of water for economic purposes by all development sectors (Agriculture, Energy, Mines, Transport, etc.).
In addition, the PNEAH will be based on decentralization, multisectoral aspects of water use and good governance. The existing structure is the MEAH, the National Coordination Structure, the Regional Operational Maintenance Structure, and the CODES.
