D\u00e8s qu\u2019ils sont form\u00e9s, les personnels de sant\u00e9 sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des insuffisances dans les \u00e9tablissements mal \u00e9quip\u00e9s. En outre, de nombreuses zones ne sont accessibles que par voie a\u00e9rienne ou maritime, ce qui augmente les diff\u00e9rences r\u00e9gionales. La province de Kinshasa, qui abrite la capitale, est en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral plus performante que le reste du pays pour la plupart des indicateurs de sant\u00e9. Le Nord-Kivu et le Sud- Kivu, o\u00f9 l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 concentr\u00e9e au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, ont le taux de mortalit\u00e9 infantile le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. En janvier 2022, on observait une l\u00e9g\u00e8re diminution du nombre des zones de sant\u00e9 avec 4 indicateurs hors normes, soit 91 zones de sant\u00e9 contre 97 zones de sant\u00e9 au 4e trimestre 2021. 17 provinces sur les 26 ont au moins une zone de sant\u00e9 \u00e0 probl\u00e8me. R\u00e9pondant aux probl\u00e8mes prioritaires du pays, il est centr\u00e9 autour des interventions \u00e0 haut impact sur la sant\u00e9 de la m\u00e8re, du nouveau-n\u00e9 et de l\u2019enfant, les principales maladies transmissibles, les maladies non transmissibles y compris la malnutrition, et la r\u00e9ponse aux urgences et situations d\u2019urgence. Dans le cadre de ce plan, l\u2019\u00c9tat a allou\u00e9 1 775 280 dollars pour am\u00e9liorer la formation du personnel soignant.<\/p>\n<p>Le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 envisage de former 20 000 personnels de sant\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires et d\u2019informatiser 3 400 centres de sant\u00e9 d\u2019ici \u00e0 2024. Par ailleurs, la feuille de route des investissements va acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la transformation num\u00e9rique du secteur de la sant\u00e9 en RDC.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Au premier trimestre 2022, les partenaires humanitaires en RDC avaient atteint 1,9 million de personnes, soit 21% des 8,8 millions de personnes cibl\u00e9es. Le niveau de financement reste n\u00e9anmoins comparativement bas : 8,6% contre 11,5% \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode au 1er trimestre 2021. En juin 2022, le gouvernement a adopt\u00e9 le dossier relatif \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate d\u00e9mographique et de sant\u00e9. La RDC a souscrit aux objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) visant une nette am\u00e9lioration du bien-\u00eatre des populations et particuli\u00e8rement les enfants et des femmes \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2030.
